The Diablo® grinder reduces the size of solids present in wastewater and sludge. The unit uses different methods for grinding incoming elements, and it can be applied to different fields depending on the configuration of the grinder. For this reason, you have four different configurations.
Diablo® compact grinders protect pumps or other equipment from clogging when there is presence of undesirable solids in the fluid.
Its low rotational speed generates high torque on both shafts, grinding even the toughest solid waste.
The different options of the equipment allow to adapt the power of the motor, and the size of the cutting chamber.
The housing of the grinder is made of stainless steel and is resistant to high humidity, weathering and corrosive effluents.

Diablo CB-S Basic
The Diablo grinders have been specifically designed for urban and industrial applications.
This version was developed to be installed “In-channel”.
It features a compact, low- speed, high-torque design that allows it to crush solids such as stones, sticks, cloth, hair, and all kinds of objects without clogging them. It can be adapted to existing channels with minor adjustments.
Its stainless-steel structure offers high resistance to the aggression of the wastewater and/or the products to be grinded.

Diablo CB-S Frame
The Diablo grinders line is specifically designed for urban and industrial applications.
With this version, you can install your Diablo unit in a sump or manhole.
Thanks to the guide rail system, the grinder can be pushed down to the level of the wastewater supply sources.
This series of grinders is offered as an alternative to bars found in pumping stations. The stainless-steel structure offers high resistance to the aggression of the wastewater and/or the products to be grinded.

Diablo CB-S Horizontal
The Diablo grinders have been specially designed for urban and industrial applications.
This version is installed horizontally in our Diablo Screening Washer unit for applications involving the grinding of waste that is fed into a hopper, screw conveyor or onto a conveyor belt.
The stainless-steel structure is very resistant to the aggression of the waste water and/or the products to be grinded.

Diablo IL-S In-Line
The Diablo grinders line is specifically designed for urban and industrial applications.
The in-line version is an “in-line” application that allows the grinder to be adapted and installed on an existing piping network. Different flange sizes are available depending on the size of the grinder.
