Repair and Maintenance
Do you need repair and maintenance of your Kronoa equipment?
your Kronoa machine is designed to give you many years of exceptional performance. If your pump or grinder is not performing as expected, contact our helpdesk so that we can assist you in detecting the problem and ordering replacement parts. Our experts will be happy to guide you through the process.
If we cannot detect the problem, we will request a repair. A transport agency will pick up your Kronoa equipment directly from your facility. Your equipment will be repaired in our workshop and returned to you as good as new. If we have all the necessary parts, this usually takes three to five working days. If your pump or grinder is under warranty and needs to be repaired, we will take care of it free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected by this guarantee. This service includes labour and spare parts and is necessary except for additional accessories. The repair service is guaranteed for 12 months or until the end of support for your machine, whichever comes first. If you have any further questions, please contact our customer service team.
Commissioning
Commissioning is the process of starting up, regulating, and balancing equipment and systems in a planned manner and the time of verifying that the previous design and installation phases have been performed correctly. Its duration usually depends on the complexity of the process and the time spent on good planning. It is undoubtedly the critical process that determines the difference between success and failure of the whole project.
The purpose of the dry start-up tests is to verify that the equipment is complete according to the manufacturer’s specifications and that all design and safety elements are in place and functioning properly.
Commissioning cannot be considered complete until the entire system is adjusted and balanced so that the production process runs correctly. At Kronoa, we work with our customers at all stages of the project, providing support during commissioning, supervision in coordination with the installation companies, consulting, and preparation of the final documentation.

Always stay covered with this insurance, which covers electrical and mechanical breakdowns and includes the cost of parts and labour at an official Kronoa service, with a fixed monthly fee with no permanence.
